FAQ's

All of Genesee County.  We also service parts of Northern Oakland and Livingston. See our main service areas listed by city (Click here to see all the service areas) Give us a call if you are unsure and we will check to see if your address is in our service area.

Yes! Our system uses an easy glide “roll off” trailer.  We carefully set the rear dumpster wheels on 2” thick boards and then gently roll the trailer away from the dumpster while finally setting the nose of the dumpster on a 6×6 wood piece. Our dumpster will never touch your driveway. Our equipment and dumpsters are also all new and maintained to the highest standards, so you will not have to worry about rust or vehicle oils leaking on your driveway.

No, as long as we have received payment for the services. Our policy is we will not leave a dumpster unless the invoice is paid.  We will make arrangements with you upon booking to pay online, over the phone, or make arrangements for cash or check payment.

Not unless you are done early. Otherwise, we will pick up your dumpster at the scheduled day and time on your invoice. If you need more time, give us a call the day before to see if the dumpster is available to extend the rental. Often, they are rented out again in advance, so please contact us asap if you think you will need more time.

You will receive reminders via email and text for the pickup. You do not need to be home, but there must be a clear path to retrieve the dumpster with nothing blocking the ability to load and haul away.

There are certain items/materials that are prohibited in Michigan landfills. Click here for a list of those items/materials.

No, we must comply with USDOT safety standards, and the requirements of our insurance carrier.  We will not be road legal to tow a dumpster with items loaded above the top/sides, and any overloaded items would have to be removed prior to haul away. If you are concerned about needing more dumpster space, please select a larger size dumpster to accommodate your project.

We will help guide you to the correct size over the phone, and ask questions about your project to help you select the best dumpster size. We also offer some dumpster size guides. (See Here)

Yes, please call us about the scope of your project and we will calculate a rough weight, and special pricing for those heavier items such as shingles, tile, plaster, drywall and carpet. We do not accept concrete and brick (unless you have a very small amount) as they require a special reinforced dumpster.

No, all fees are included in the price on your invoice.  The only extra costs, which are disclosed up front, and are clearly stated on your invoice and Rental Agreement would be if you keep the dumpster longer than the rental agreement, if your weight goes over the included tonnage, or if you choose to use over the 10 yard line on our 10/15 FLEX dumpster.
